The Tallys Dispatch module allows you to create dispatches which can contain multiple bills of lading.  This functionality is ideal for large work orders involving multiple truckloads, such as Rig movements.   Tallys can dispatch movements of Tubular Inventory, Shipments of Pipe Equipment, and generate supplementary invoices.   The optional Tallys Dispatch Module can be added to your existing Tallys 512 Server.

Additional reports are available in the module, including the Dispatch Report with details such as descriptions and quantities of items shipped, Handling fees, Release number, Rig Number, Location information and directions. You can also add consignee and engineer contacts.

This module further enhances the invoicing of posted movements of pipe and equipment. Invoice totals can be calculated based on total hours or the weight of the inventory that was shipped.  These metrics can be  adjusted to suit your business requirements.

The purpose of the Dispatch module  is not to automate invoicing completely, but rather to grant more flexibility in how charges are determined and to provide a permanent, searchable place to store this important information.
