Track all incoming and outgoing pipe movements. When your customer requests a shipment of tubulars from your yard, your employees no longer have need to go out to the yard and physically count joints or measure lengths. When completing an outbound tally, all you have to do is enter the rack number from which the joints are to be shipped, key in either a joint count or a length, and Tallys takes care of the rest. Measurements can be either imperial or metric. Tallys also includes the ability to track both heat numbers and serial numbers for each joint of pipe. Strong user controls are in place, so managers can control who has access to certain parts of the program. With Tallys, you can set up as many pipe definitions as you need and add more pipe specs as they arrive in your facility.
Once your racks are set up you will be able to check inventory levels quickly. Reports can be produced to show the exact inventory levels of each rack within the yard, and are broken down by rack, owner, pipe size, and many other categories.
Stock Cards provide you with a historical record of rack activity, grouped by owner and pipe characteristics. Generate movement reports covering a specific time period. Stock Cards allow you to obtain a summary of inventory levels for matching pipe with matching definitions from multiple racks, for a specific customer.
Tallys allows you to manage your customer relationships. Any information related to pipe owners, third party companies, or any business you deal with can be stored in the program. This feature allows you to create and print reports which are branded with your customer’s logo. Additionally, your contacts’ email information is saved in the system so that automatically created emails with attached reports always go to the right people.
