This optional Tallys module tracks OCTG accessories as well as non tubular oilfield equipment, and can be added to any existing Tallys installation to aid in management of circulating subs, crossover subs, hole openers, stabilizers, centralizers, float valves, etc.

The Equipment module includes standard detailed reporting of current quantities, as well as totals for parts shipped and received.   View current shipment information, or any range of historical movement data with the equipment module.  Tallys can create Equipment movement reports which include all part numbers shipped along with their respective quantities.  Each Equipment record is marked to indicate if the transaction was an IN (inbound) or an OUT (outbound).

Serial numbers can be added to individual pieces of equipment and their detail records can also store codes to classify them as dangerous goods, if required.   This module also allows you to create ‘Equipment Kits’, a fixed grouping of any number of part records which can be used during data entry to facilitate faster data entry.  It accommodates entry of OCTG adapters, ‘Swages’ or ‘Subs’.   A  ‘Sub’  joint’s detail screen includes several independent descriptors for each unique end of the adapter, which means that a ‘sub’ can have two different ‘box ends’ or ‘pin ends’, each with a unique size and thread definition.
